Napa's The Thomas Launches Weekend Brunch

The newly opened The Thomas and Fagiani’s Bar at The Thomas hit the Napa Valley dining scene just last month.

Now – in addition to dinner service and the late-night bar menu – executive chef Brad Farmerie is thrilled to announce the launch of weekend brunch. Guests can expect to find delectable items like: 

  • Corn Pancakes with Bellwether Farms crème fraiche & blueberry syrup ($11)
  • Tea-Smoked Salmon with spinach, poached eggs, toasted sourdough and yuzu hollandaise ($14)
  • French Toast stuffed with banana and house made Nutella ($13).

For guests desiring a boozy accompaniment, The Thomas’ brunch cocktails include a Bloody Mary made with garlic vodka, fresh vegetable juice, green Tabasco and pickled veggies, and the Harvey Wallbanger features vodka, Galliano and fresh orange juice.

Brunch items can be ordered a la carte or guests can opt for the prix fixe, which includes an entrée, brunch cocktail or beer, and a hot drink for just $22.

East or West coast oysters champagne mignonette MP

Shrimp cocktail with Sriracha cocktail sauce $14

Summer berries with vanilla yogurt and toasted sesame granola bits $9

French toast stuffed with banana and house made Nutella, served with crispy bacon $13

Tomato salad with fresh mozzarella, basil, and basil seeds $12 

Turkish eggs: poached eggs, Greek yogurt, sun dried chili butter $8.50

“BLAT”: Bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato on grilled 7-grain bread, with smoked paprika mayo $12

Add a fried organic egg $2

The Thomas fry-up: 2 eggs (poached, scrambled, or fried), grilled sourdough, heirloom tomatoes, slow roasted mushrooms $12; Add bacon $2 or grilled chorizo $3

Tea-smoked salmon with spinach, poached eggs, toasted sourdough and yuzu hollandaise $14

The Thomas burger and fries: our house blend of dry aged Angus and Kobe beef on a brioche bun with bacon-onion jam $15; Add Fiscalini farmstead cheddar or a fried egg $2
