Napa's The Thomas Launches Weekend Brunch

The newly opened The Thomas and Fagiani’s Bar at The Thomas hit the Napa Valley dining scene just last month.
Now – in addition to dinner service and the late-night bar menu – executive chef Brad Farmerie is thrilled to announce the launch of weekend brunch. Guests can expect to find delectable items like:

- Corn Pancakes with Bellwether Farms crème fraiche & blueberry syrup ($11)
- Tea-Smoked Salmon with spinach, poached eggs, toasted sourdough and yuzu hollandaise ($14)
- French Toast stuffed with banana and house made Nutella ($13).
For guests desiring a boozy accompaniment, The Thomas’ brunch cocktails include a Bloody Mary made with garlic vodka, fresh vegetable juice, green Tabasco and pickled veggies, and the Harvey Wallbanger features vodka, Galliano and fresh orange juice.
Brunch items can be ordered a la carte or guests can opt for the prix fixe, which includes an entrée, brunch cocktail or beer, and a hot drink for just $22.
