Napa House Hunt: Price Reduced!

One of these homes may be just the bargain you're looking for.

These homes around Napa currently list for significantly less than their original asking prices. 

According to Kelli Marchbanks, a Realtor with , a price reduction signals a motivated seller. She encourages selling clients to take advantage of momentum from a new, lower price with an open house and cautions buyers that a price reduction could generate a bidding war.

Susan Archer, co-owner and Realtor at says that a while a price reduction may signal potential issues with a property, a lowered listing should not deter buyers.

"An owner may find out there are defects or pest issues and they do not want to do the work so they reduce appropriate to the cost," according to Archer.
