Valentine’s Dinner for Two at Siena

Siena is the place for couples this Valentine's Day. Enjoy a sumptuous prix fixe six-course creation by Executive Chef Mike Collins. Start with Amuse Bouche and Prosecco including a Foie Gras Cream Puff, Crème Fraiche and Caviar. A Blue Point Oyster appetizer will follow. Next, choose a San Francisco Bay Dungeness Crab Bisque or a Romaine and Treviso Salad. Then taste a Butter Crushed Sea Scallop with a Breakfast Radish Salad and Truffle Vinaigrette. For the main course, choose between Grilled New York Steak Pave or a Duo of Line Caught Black Cod and Maine Lobster. Finish the evening with a Cheese Course and either a Guittard Dark Chocolate Torte or a Peppermint Patty, including Napoleon of Peppermint Ice Cream and Nougatine-Minted Strawberry Syrup.
