Dr. Stephen Krebs Honored at Napa Valley College

The head of the Viticulture & Winery Technology program, Stephen Krebs celebrated his 25th anniversary at Napa Valley College last week.

Dr. Stephen Krebs celebrated his 25th anniversary of employment with Napa Valley College last year. He started at the college in August 1986.

The well-respected Viticulture and Winery Technology program has grown under his leadership, both in number of students served and in the physical setting.

While he still has his office and teaches classes in the old "Ag Lab" building,(which was left over from when the college property was the State Hospital farm), the VWT program now includes the Napa Valley Vintners' Teaching Winery and the Trefethen Family Viticulture Center.
