Cocktails Added at Thomas Keller's Ad Hoc Restaurant

If you've ever thirsted for a cocktail, or just a glass of liquor neat, while dining at Thomas Keller's Ad Hoc restaurant: The drought is about to end, according to the Eater National blog, which reported Tuesday that Ad Hoc has obtained a full liquor license.

Bar prices will start at $8 for a shot and $12 for the mixologists' concoctions, according to Eater National, which describes one of the new house specialties: "Thyme Wasted: light rum, crème de violette, lime juice, thyme and edible flowers."

Cocktail service makes its debut Thursday, Oct. 11, Eater National reports.

Ad Hoc is part of the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, which includes the French Laundry, Bouchon and Bouchon Bakery in Yountville and Per Se in New York City.
