Don't let the name deceive you -- there is nothing "blue" about this pizzeria. With a great atmosphere and outta-this-world fresh pizza, it's the perfect lunch spot or weekend retreat right smack in downtown Napa.
If you see downtown crowds pointing their noses up and east on Main Street, chances are they're wafting in the smells from Azzurro Pizzeria e Enoteca's pizza ovens, which fire up each weekday at lunchtime.
With plenty of options including pastas (Rigatoni, Spaghetti) and salads (try the Beet Salad: Roasted beets, mint and Sky Hill goat cheese for $6.95), is a great place to catch up with a friend over a bite.
Up for some molto bene pizza? Go for the Funghi--featuring mushrooms, thyme, and tallegio cheese on a crispy, light crust--or the Sicilian with calamata olives, anchovies, capers, tomato sauce and mozzarella (both $14).
