Napa Valley Band a Finalist in Regional Competition

Cosmos Percussion Orchestra, a Napa-based world fusion band, is one of five finalists in the world/reggae category for a 2013 North Bay Bohemian "NorBay Gold Record Award."

The band, including musician John Hannaford of Napa, will also play at the upcoming Napa County Fair, renamed "Celebrate! Napa Valley," which runs July 3 through 7. The band will play at the fair on July 4 at 4 p.m. and again at 6 p.m.

NorBay Awards will be presented at a party at 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, at the Arlene Francis Center in Santa Rosa.
