Local Band Goes "Surfabilly"

Napa's number one surf-rock group has a new release: The Deadlies Go to Nashville, and it "just may be the greatest, if only, surfabilly rock record on the planet."

There's a reason the Deadlies are called "NorCal's Most Dangerous Surf Band:" These guys are afraid of nothing. They've played the Creepy KOFY Movie Time TV show, , the  and Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, where they are the house band.

The Deadlies' latest deed of daring is a new CD titled . Here's what publicist Mindi Levine has to tell us about the disc:

Unlike anything you’ve heard before, TDGTN just may be the greatest, if only, surfabilly rock record on the planet.  With the magic powers of industry legends Jack Douglas, Joe Chicarelli and Jay Messina behind it TDGTN combines the best of what surf and rockabilly have to offer. Led heroically by producer Ivan Miles Piesh, TDGTN unleashes a full-on aural attack that latches on and doesn’t let go.
