"Fork it Over" Happens Saturday at Oxbow

2nd annual event benefits Napa Valley Food Bank.

  The 2nd Annual "Fork it Over" wine and food event will take place 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Oxbow Public Market.

The event, which benefits the fNapa Valley Food Bank, includes a multi-course, family-style sit-down dinner created by the artisanal merchants at the Market,  complete with music provided by the Napa Valley Ramblers.


The market is located at 610 First St. Napa.

“Oxbow Public Market has enjoyed strong local support in the Napa Valley and has thrived,” stated market Founder and CEO Steve Carlin. “Fork it Over is an opportunity for our artisan restaurants and merchants whose common values have brought them together under one roof, to thank, celebrate, and give back to the community.”

Admission to the 2nd Annual Fork it Over is $150 per person. A limited number of tables can be reserved for a group of 10 or 12 guests by contacting jill@oxbowmanagment.com.

The evening includes a reception with nibbles prepared by Hog Island Oyster Co., Gott's Roadside with Kanaloa Seafood, La Crepe! and The Fatted Calf Charcuterie.

Dinner on the Oxbow River Deck features table decor by Poor House, with multiple courses created by  Pica Pica Arepa Kitchen, Todd Humphries' Kitchen Door Restaurant, C Casa, The Model Bakery, The Olive Press, Whole Spice, Oxbow Produce, Five Dot Ranch, and the Oxbow Cheese and Wine Merchant.

A selection of cocktails and Napa Valley wines will be carefully chosen by Napa Valley Distillery and Ca' Momi to complement the meal, and a special magnum auction of sought-after Napa Valley wines will be presented while guests enjoy live music.

Desserts, coffee and tea will follow, with Anette's Chocolate Factory, Kara's Cupcakes and Three Twins Ice Cream providing the sweets, complete with Ritual Roasters Coffee and Tillerman Tea.
