Trinitas Cellars "Wine and Dine" for New Year's Eve

Celebrate New Year’s Eve in the entertainment cave with the Meritage Resort and Trinitas Cellars. This magnificent four course dinner will be prepared by our Executive Chef Mike Collins and pared beautifully with Trinitas wines. The exquisite entertainment cave will be set for a celebration of food, wine and new beginnings. Once dinner concludes, . $175 includes dinner, wine at dinner, dancing and a sparkling wine toast at midnight.
