Local teens are invited to make and submit movies to the showcase. All submitted movies will be considered for the following awards: "Judges Prize," "Audience Prize," and/or "Audience Selection."
* Entrants may submit multiple entries of any length to the showcase.
* Movies do not have to follow the themes of the showcase to be eligible for prizes or exhibition.
* The Library reserves the right not to show any submitted movie for any reason that it deems fit.
* All decisions regarding the awarding of prizes are final and cannot be questioned.
* All entries must be accompanied by a release form granting the library permission to show your movie in the library. You can download

To submit a movie to the showcase, bring your movie on a DVD, mini-dv tape or as a video file to the Napa Main Library reference desk before the Library closes on Tuesday, September 27, 2011.
