Pride and Joy Perform at Napa Valley College Winter Gala

 Pride and Joy has remained one of the most popular bands of the Bay Area music scene for over 25 years. Their energetic, pop/soul performances have produced fans of all ages and guarantee a wonderful night of entertainment and fun. Brenda Holloway-Johnson, a member of the band, has taken music classes at Napa Valley College (NVC) from vocal music instructor Dr. Eve-Anne Wilkes. When the NVC Foundation started to seek entertainment for its Winter Gala, Pride and Joy was clearly the perfect fit! In addition to the performance by Pride and Joy, the Spirit of Napa Valley College Award will be presented to the Honorable Bill Blanckenburg for his exemplary leadership and generosity to the college. The presentation and performance will be followed by a special dessert reception. All proceeds benefit the college and its students.
