Mari Suzuki is the Kitchen Wizard and a Cooking Optimization Expert. She shows busy people how to turn leftovers into delicious dishes using simple cooking techniques from her native country, Japan.
She teaches Flexipes (Flex-ible rec-ipes) - multi-purpose recipes. A dish made AND partially eaten today will be transformed into several other dishes later in the week just by adding a few new ingredients or steps so that you can save a lot of time, effort and money. In this class, you will learn how to make various global dishes in minutes from one base. You’ll learn other ways to use this versatile base and how to mix and match with what you have on hand, so your dinner will always be exciting, and only minutes away.
