Paneer is a fresh cheese used  in  traditional Indian cuisine.  The use of paneer is common in Northern India.  In this class we will make paneer from scratch and prepare three popular Paneer  dishes . Mutter Paneer:  The most ordered dish in Indian restaurants.  This is a traditional dish made with peas and  paneer , an Indian cheese cooked in an aromatic creamy sauce.  Palak Paneer:  Another Punjabi favorite dish made with spinach, paneer cheese in a spicy sauce. And Paneer Tikka :  A dry mouth watering dish made with marinated succulent paneer pieces and vegetables and grilled. Served with fresh onions and lemon wedges.
