Hearts for Haiti

At Hearts for Haiti, buy your Valentine cards and gifts and donate to ongoing Haitian relief.

January 12 marked the one-year anniversary of the earthquake in Haiti. Immediately after the earthquake, there was an outpouring of support. But one year later, though much of the debris has been cleared away, many Haitians still live in tent cities. The lack of resources and the recent outbreak of cholera have left millions of Haitians in despair.

In response to this ongoing humanitarian need, the students at are embarking on the 2nd annual Hearts for Haiti disaster relief project. This is a school-wide community service project driven by the visual arts teacher, Mona Lea. The students, staff and parents will produce art projects related to the theme, Hearts for Haiti. Everyone is welcome as we address a world need and a worthy teachable moment for children from Napa to Haiti.
