Fullerton-Bahr Jewelry Trunk Show & Conn Creek Wine Tasting

Lynda Fullerton-Bahr creates contemporary jewelry compositions that are influenced by primitive art motifs and natural abstract forms found in the coastal landscape near her home in San Gregorio, CA. Her work is a marriage of intricate texture and architectural structure.

To achieve the mosaic patterning that is characteristic of her work, Lynda uses the ancient Japanese Mokume Gane technique of metal bonding. During this complex process, she layers colored golds, sterling silver
and shakudo (an alloy of copper and gold) into a billet that she then hand carves and reduces in a rolling mill. Her work has what she calls, “a curiously post-apocalyptic or road warrior aesthetic”.

Lynda's current jewelry collection includes earrings, brooches, pendants, bracelets, and rings, including wedding sets. Her work often features precious gems along with a variety of metals, including 22k, 18k, and 14k colored golds and sterling silver.
