Author event with Paul McHugh

Author  Paul McHugh will be on hand to meet and talk with visitors for two hours, mid-day. Then he will present a short talk on the origins of the mystery genre, plus give a dramatic reading from his new, outdoors-themed murder
mystery, “Deadlines.”

Author Paul McHugh is an award-winning Bay Area journalist. He reported for the San Francisco Chronicle for more two decades. North Bay issues and history were on his “beat.” He continues to contribute to the New York Times, the Washington Post, Bay Nature Magazine and several California journals.

About the Book:
“Deadlines” is set in the Bay Area in the fall of 2007.
It is, “a novel of murder, conspiracy, and the media.”
