Church Rectory Becomes Artists' Pad

In Calistoga, two artists in love feather an unusual nest in part one of our three-part series on the home of Ann Trinca and J Kirk Feireisen. Next Friday we will visit the couple's kitchen.

Ann Trinca is the marketing and events manager at Di Rosa. Di Rosa is a non profit organization showcasing one of the largest private collections of artwork from around the bay area. On the side, Ann is a documentary-style photographer, tireless arts supporter and Napa Patch blogger.

J Kirk Feiereisen is roastmaster and owner of the fair trade and organic micro-roastery Yo El Rey Roasting. A vibrant center of the Calistoga community, Yo El Rey is a happening place to grab a cup of joe and check out the ever-fluctuating art shows featured here. On the side, J Kirk writes poetry on his vintage typewriter.

Ann and J Kirk display a wonderfully vast and varied collection of local artwork in their home.
