'Wine, Women & Shoes' at Charles Krug Winery Saturday

Event is fundraiser for Napa Emergency Women's Services.

The 2nd annual Wine Women & Shoes Napa Valley will take place Saturday  at Charles Krug Winery to benefit Napa Emergency Women’s services, Napa County’s domestic violence and sexual assault prevention agency. Sole Sister/Sole Brother admission is $175 per person and the very special Stiletto admission is $250 per person.

The fundraiser will be held from 11am to 3pm on the picturesque shaded lawns of Charles Krug Winery in St. Helena. It will feature food from local chefs, caterers and restaurants, and wines from Napa’s most prestigious wineries.

Also included in the high spirited event is a fashion show with women’s and men’s clothes from Helen Lyall and Scott Lyall, a shopping marketplace with shoes and accessories, a raffle to win a dream closet valued at over $7,000, and a silent and live auction. If these aren’t enough reason to make this a ‘not-to-be-missed’ event, the piece d’ resistance is the presence of over 25 handsome and charming Napa Valley Shoe Guys waiting on you hand and foot. Plus, this year everyone is wearing WHITE! Wear white and don your most colorful accessories…or buy some there!

“When you attend Wine Women & Shoes for NEWS you are supporting other women who are in the midst of a difficult struggle to end the violence in their lives. You help them to survive beyond it, and to have a better life,” says Tracy Lamb, Executive Director of Wine Women & Shoes Napa Valley.  100% of ticket and auction sales and 20% of your vendor purchases are contributed to NEWS.
