Scam Seminar Planned Monday Morning for Napa Seniors

A free Senior Scam Stopper seminar is scheduled  Monday -- April 14 -- from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Napa Senior Center, hosted by Assemblymember Mariko Yamada (D-Davis) and the California Contractors State License Board.

This is a great resource for seniors and their family members with information on how to prevent becoming victims of fraud from a panel of financial and fraud experts.  

Attendees can get answers to their questions and obtain in-person assistance if they have already been scammed.
