Jake, the black Labrador who went missing March 29 from Hagen Road near the Napa Valley Country Club, sadly was found today, according to his owners.
"Sadly we found Jake on the property," writes Jake's owner, Nicole. "It appears he had drowned in the lake at the Napa home. His body was discovered this morning."
"We are very sad but have closure, and appreciate all you did to spring into action to assist with our search for our missing dog," she said. "Thank you for your help over the past two weeks."
Jake was 9 years old, very friendly and was much beloved by his family.
