Outkast, The Cure, Eric Church, Heart To Headline BottleRock Festival in Napa

This year's shindig is billed as "The Ultimate Celebration."

Organizers of the 2014 BottleRock festival in Napa have announced
the music lineup for the May 30 to June 1 event.

The Cure, Outkast, Eric Church, Weezer, The Fray, LL Cool J and
Heart top the bill of 50 music performances on four stages on the grounds of
the 26-acre Napa Valley Exposition.

The festival also features food, wine and beer from wineries, fine
restaurants and breweries.

It's the second BottleBock festival in Napa. Last year's five-day
event drew huge crowds, but its success was tainted when the producer, BR
Festivals, filed for bankruptcy because of more than $4 million in unpaid
debts to vendors and others.

This year's festival, billed as "The Ultimate Celebration," is
produced by Napa Valley-owned Latitude 38 Entertainment. Music performances
include country, bluegrass, rock, hip-hop and alternative artists.

"As new producers of BottleRock, our vision is to keep the
best-of-the-best from the 2013 festival-goer experience while taking this up
another notch," said David Graham of Latitude 38 Entertainment.

Three-day Platinum passes for $3,000 are available now.

Three-day passes also will be available for $249 and $279, and
3-day VIP passes will be available for $549 and $599.

Single day passes will be available in April.
