Igniting Hope, a Special Evening To Benefit Paralyzed Veterans Of America, will be held Saturday, May 31 in Petaluma.

The event begins at 7:30 p.m. at the Petaluma Community Center and features Renee Bondi -- a nationally-known Christian recording artist, speaker and author.

At age 29, an accident left Bondi a quadriplegic and permanently paralyzed from the chest down. She then left a successful career in education to charter Bondi Ministries, whose mission is "to direct people to God in a way that inspires all to persevere in a lifelong, personal journey of faith."

In her rare Northern California appearance, Bondi will share the stage with Sonoma County's Christian recording artists Streets of Rome and Nancy Chulla Brown, a singer, musician and youth ministry leader at St. James Parish, Petaluma.

Tickets are $20 and on sale at www.Eventbrite.com:http://www.eventbrite.com/e/igniting-hope-tickets.

Proceeds to Benefit the Bay Area & Western Chapter of the Paralyzed Veterans of America.

Additional donation and sponsorship opportunities available.
