Temperatures in the 90s did not keep away hundreds of people from attending the Artisans' Festival in the downtown streets of Napa on Saturday.
Formerly known as the Arts and Crafts Fair, the event has a new name featuring some 200 artist displaying unique handcrafted art.
The all-day event stretched up and over the First Street Bridge, closing Main Street and a portion of Second Street in downtown Napa and making way for booths filled with arts and crafts made with personalized loving care for works usually not found in big chain stores.
In addition to the art and crafts being offered, there was also wine, beer and food vendors. Several visitors were seen with umbrellas to ward off the hot sun. The was also music at the Veteran's Park but most listeners sat under the shade trees.
