A huge crowd turned out for the first Chef's Market of the season Thursday night.
First Street in downtown Napa and several adjacent roads were transformed into carnival-type booths, with food, music, rides and people-watching.
Patch photographer Al Francis snapped some shots of Chef's Market, which is in its 19th season.
The market and activities continue on Thursday nights through Aug. 1.
