Cold Temps Burst Water Pipes at Napa Senior Community

Residents of two apartments relocated at Rohlffs Manor.

Water pipes feeding into a portion of the fire sprinkler system at a Napa senior housing community burst over the weekend due to freezing temperatures.

The incident occurred at Rohlffs Manor, an EAH Housing community for older adults, said Rothtana Ouch, a spokesperson for EAH Housing.

"The affected area has been contained, water extracted and the pipes have been replaced," Ouch said. "Two units were relocated as a result of the incident."
