On Wednesday and Thursday, July 24-25, work for the 2013 Water Main Freeway Crossings will require temporary delays between the hours of 8am and 9am at the intersection of Solano Avenue/Devonshire Drive as the new pipeline is moved from Solano Avenue onto Devonshire Drive. Delays could last up to 10 minutes.
