The Napa Annual "Shred Day" is Back on Aug. 20!

Bank of Marin in Napa will host its annual "Shred Day" event on Tuesday, Aug. 20 from 9 a.m. - noon at 600 Trancas Street.

The popular event supports local recycling efforts and schools in Napa, with donations of new school supplies. The Bank will match donations with a $5,000 contribution to the Napa Valley Education Foundation.

At the event, A&P Records Management will be on site to shred paper documents, with a five box limit per participant. All documents are securely destroyed and the paper pulp will be recycled and used for new paper goods.

The community is encouraged to bring at least one package of new school supplies for students and teachers such as pens, pencils, crayons, paper, glue, and notebooks.
