Down payment assistance available for first time home buyers in Napa

The City of Napa has a Down Payment Assistance Program available to first time homebuyers. Workshops have been scheduled to educate first time homebuyers on the home buying and mortgage loan process, and provide information about eligibility criteria. Workshops will be held November 5, November 7, December 5 and December 10 at 6:30 p.m. at the City of Napa’s Housing Authority office, 1115 Seminary Street. Bilingual assistance for Spanish speakers will be available at the November 5 and December 5 workshops.
