Comment on the Syar Napa Quarry Draft EIR by Oct. 21
Interested parties have until 4:45 p.m. on Oct. 21 to comment on the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) analyzing the potential environmental impacts of a proposed project at the Syar Napa Quarry near Napa State Hospital. The project would expand the existing quarry and allow mining to continue for 35 years, with a deeper mining depth and an increase in production.
