What Does Moving My Body Have to Do with my Memory?

I talk a lot about the need to find things to challenge your brain to exercise your mind.   Things like:

  1. Using your non-dominate hand to perform daily tasks
  2. Driving a different route to the store
  3. Reading out loud
Did you know the number on #1 activity you can do to improve your memory?

Exercise your BODY!   Yes, moving your body helps to simulate your mind and therefore your memory is better.
