What Does Moving My Body Have to Do with my Memory?
I talk a lot about the need to find things to challenge your brain to exercise your mind. Things like:
- Using your non-dominate hand to perform daily tasks
- Driving a different route to the store
- Reading out loud
Exercise your BODY! Yes, moving your body helps to simulate your mind and therefore your memory is better.
