A trade off, if you will; for a somewhat reduced level of happiness and quality of life, one's health will be improved. Health care is a zero sum game, which many don't realized. To give health care to someone who does not have it, it will be taken from someone who has it. Note that the blogger is a Christian Scientist. They don't believe in any form of medical treatment except setting (casting) broken bones and eschew all forms of modern medical treatment except prayer. I hardly think he has any business in this subject matter.
